Partner Program Terms

The program lets you introduce businesses that need software, websites, apps or related services to Orincore. If a business you introduced becomes a client, we pay you a commission as set out below.

It is a commission-based partnership. It is not employment, and it does not create a partnership, joint venture or agency between you and Orincore.

Applying is free. We review each application and may accept or decline it at our discretion. You become a Partner only when we confirm your acceptance in writing.

Applications are open to people in any country. We may decline or later end participation where the law, payment restrictions or sanctions rules make it impossible or unlawful for us to work with you or pay you.

You are an independent person or business. You choose your own hours and methods, and there are no quotas, deadlines or minimum referrals. You are not our employee or agent, you cannot enter into contracts or make promises on our behalf, and you must not present yourself as doing so.

A referral counts when you introduce a business to us and we confirm in writing that the business is new to Orincore and that the introduction came from you. We may decline referrals that are not new to us, are not suitable, or that we cannot work with for legal or practical reasons.

We decide, in our own discretion, whether to accept a referred business as a client and on what terms. We prepare the scope, quote and contract with the client directly.

For each project we deliver to a client you referred, we pay you commission of 10% to 15% of the project value, depending on the project cost. The rate that applies to a referred project is confirmed to you in writing.

Commission is calculated on amounts the referred client has actually paid to us for the project, excluding taxes and third-party costs, and not on amounts that are unpaid, refunded or waived.

We pay commission after the client has paid us, in proportion to the amounts we receive. If a client pays in instalments, commission is paid as each payment is received.

If we refund the client, the commission on the refunded amount is not payable, and if it has already been paid, we may deduct it from future commission.

We handle all payments to Partners. After you are approved, we agree a payout method and currency with you. Payouts depend on the legal and payment options available for your location. Bank or transfer fees may apply.

You are responsible for any taxes on commission you receive in your country. We may ask for information needed to pay you lawfully, such as identity or tax details, and we may withhold tax where the law requires.

We do not promise that you will earn any amount. Your earnings depend entirely on the clients you refer and on whether they choose to work with us. Examples on our website only illustrate how percentages are calculated.

• Be honest. Do not make false, misleading or exaggerated claims about Orincore, our services, prices or timelines, or about what Partners can earn.
• Do not offer or promise prices, discounts, deadlines or results on our behalf.
• Follow the laws that apply to you, including advertising, consumer, privacy, anti-spam and anti-bribery laws.
• Do not send unsolicited bulk messages, buy or scrape contact lists, or use deceptive methods to obtain introductions.
• Only share a person's details with us if you have the right to do so and they would reasonably expect you to.
• Do not offer or accept bribes, kickbacks or improper payments in connection with a referral.

Keep confidential any non-public information we share with you, including pricing and client details, and use it only for the program. We handle personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.

You may say that you are an Orincore referral partner. You may not use our logo or brand in a way that suggests that you are Orincore, and you may not register domains, social accounts or business names that use our name without our written permission.

We may change the program or these terms by posting an update. Changes do not reduce commission already earned on a referral that we have confirmed.

Either of us can end your participation at any time by written notice. We may end it immediately if you break these terms or act unlawfully. Commission already earned on referred projects that are paid for continues to be payable after the arrangement ends, subject to these terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you under the program is limited to the commission due to you, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India have exclusive jurisdiction. Please contact us first so that we can try to resolve any concern informally.
