Privacy Policy

Last updated: 25 February 2025.

This policy explains how Orincore Technologies, a sole proprietorship of Adarsh Suradkar, based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, handles personal data collected through www.orincore.com, our enquiry and partner forms, and our communications. Contact us at contact@orincore.com with any privacy question.

Who is responsible for your data

Orincore Technologies, a sole proprietorship of Adarsh Suradkar, based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, decides how and why your personal data is used for the purposes in this policy. We are based in India, so your data is processed in India and, through our service providers, possibly in other countries.

Information we collect

  • Project enquiries: name, email address, country, service interest, budget range and project description, plus optional company, phone or WhatsApp number, website, expected start and preferred contact method.
  • Partner applications: name, email address, country, optional phone or WhatsApp number, optional website or profile link, how you expect to find clients, and the introduction you write.
  • Source information: the first page you visited in your session, the referring website, campaign (UTM) parameters and the region you selected. We do not store your IP address with your enquiry.
  • Messages you send us by email or WhatsApp, including your number or contact details.
  • Analytics data: if you accept analytics cookies where consent is required, Google Analytics records page views and interactions such as clicks on contact links. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers or message text to analytics.
  • Browser preferences: your selected region and currency and your analytics choice, stored in your browser.
  • Approximate country: our hosting network gives an approximate country (not your precise location) so we can show the right currency and wording.

How and why we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry, prepare estimates and carry out a project (performance of a contract or steps before entering one).
  • To review partner applications and manage partner relationships.
  • To understand which pages and channels bring enquiries and to improve the website (our legitimate interest, or your consent where required).
  • To keep the website secure and prevent spam and abuse (our legitimate interest).
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you submitted an enquiry or application.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the website and communicate with you, under their own terms and privacy commitments. These currently include:

  • our website hosting provider
  • Brevo, which delivers the emails sent by our forms
  • Google Analytics, if analytics is enabled and you have not declined it
  • WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to message us there

We may also disclose data if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

International transfers

Because we are based in India and use global providers, your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. Where the law requires safeguards for such transfers, we rely on appropriate measures, such as the providers' standard contractual terms.

How long we keep data

We keep personal data for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, including to respond to you, deliver agreed work, and keep business, tax and accounting records, and then delete or anonymise it. Enquiries that do not lead to a project are not kept longer than necessary.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal data, such as the right to access it, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, receive a copy, withdraw consent, and complain to a data protection authority. These rights can arise under laws such as India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 where it applies, the EU and UK GDPR, and other national laws.

To use a right or raise a concern, email contact@orincore.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity first.

Cookies and similar technologies

See our Cookie Policy for what we store in your browser and how to control it.

Security

We use HTTPS, server-side validation, access controls and spam protection to protect data in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affecting you occurs, we will notify you and the relevant authority where the law requires.

Children

Our website and services are directed at businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
