SaaS products and MVPs

SaaS Development Company: From MVP to Scalable Product

Most SaaS ideas fail from building too much too early, or from an architecture that cannot grow. We help founders ship a focused MVP quickly, then evolve it into a product that can onboard real customers, take payments and scale.

We handle the full stack: product scoping, multi-tenant back end, authentication, subscription billing, dashboards and cloud deployment. Because we work remotely with a lean team, you keep your budget for the product instead of agency overhead.

Who this is for

  • Founders validating a SaaS idea with a first paying cohort
  • Businesses turning an internal tool into a sellable product
  • Existing SaaS teams that need extra engineering capacity
  • Agencies building white-label software for their clients

What we deliver

Typical saas development work, scoped to your needs.

  • SaaS MVP development

A tightly scoped first release that proves demand without a six-figure build.

  • Multi-tenant architecture

Data isolation, per-tenant configuration and role-based access designed in from day one.

  • Subscription and billing systems

Plans, trials, upgrades, invoices and payment gateway integrations.

  • Authentication and authorisation

Secure sign-up, sign-in, team invitations and permission models.

  • SaaS dashboards and analytics

Usage, revenue and customer views that help you run the product.

  • Cloud-native deployment and scaling

Automated deployments, monitoring and a path to scale on AWS or Google Cloud.

  • Product maintenance

Ongoing fixes, upgrades and feature work after launch.

How we work

A clear, milestone-based process so you always know what happens next.

  1. 01

    Idea and scope workshop

We turn your concept into user journeys and cut the first release down to what matters.

  2. 02

    Architecture and plan

You receive a technical plan covering data model, tenancy, billing and hosting.

  3. 03

    Iterative build

Weekly demos of working software so you can test with real users early.

  4. 04

    Launch readiness

Security review, performance testing, analytics and a monitored production release.

  5. 05

    Iterate and scale

Up to 2 months of free support and bug fixes after launch, then paid improvements driven by usage data and customer feedback.

Technology and timeline

We choose technology to fit your product, not the other way round. Commonly used tools include:

  • Next.js
  • React
  • TypeScript
  • Node.js
  • Python
  • PostgreSQL
  • AWS
  • Google Cloud

Typical timeline (indicative): A focused SaaS MVP often takes 8–16 weeks; the exact timeline depends on integrations, billing complexity and how many user roles you need.

Frequently asked questions

How much does SaaS development cost?

Cost depends mainly on scope: number of user roles, billing complexity, integrations and design depth. We recommend starting with an MVP and give a written estimate after discovery. Our pricing page explains what drives the number.

How long does it take to build a SaaS MVP?

Many MVPs take roughly 8–16 weeks from scoping to launch. Cutting features is the most reliable way to shorten it.

Can you help me decide what to build first?

Yes. The scoping workshop exists for this: we map user journeys, rank features by value and agree an MVP that can be validated quickly.

Who owns the product and the code?

You do. We deliver the source code, deployment scripts and documentation for the work we build for you.

Do you provide support after launch?

Yes. Every project includes up to 2 months of free support, maintenance and bug fixes after launch, counted from the day we hand the application over to you to launch. After that period, we do not provide free support: any further support, maintenance or changes to the service are paid, and we agree the price with you in writing before work starts.
