Are the prices fixed?
No. Where shown, starting prices are indicative. After a short discovery call you receive a written proposal with scope, timeline, billing currency and payment milestones. That document, not the website, is the price you agree to.
Which currency will I be billed in?
The website shows prices in your selected currency as an indicative conversion. The currency of your proposal is agreed in writing and does not change automatically based on your browser location.
What is not included in the price?
Hosting and cloud costs, third-party licences, payment processor fees, AI model usage fees, app store developer accounts and applicable taxes are normally paid by you directly unless the proposal says otherwise.
How do payments work?
Payments are split into milestones tied to agreed deliverables. Exact terms are set out in your proposal.
Do you provide support after launch?
Yes. Every project includes up to 2 months of free support, maintenance and bug fixes after launch, counted from the day we hand the application over to you to launch. After that period, we do not provide free support: any further support, maintenance or changes to the service are paid, and we agree the price with you in writing before work starts.
